SWL is currently applying its thought leadership to evolve a new market, bringing together productivity improvement, Six Sigma retailing and goal management. Whilst its people had a successful history in deploying proven performance management systems, they realised one of the biggest challenges to retailers’ productivity is actually integrating several approaches or initiatives, and then measuring the compliance of these activities to ensure success.

Primarily, SWL is now helping retailers make a difference by undertaking productivity measurement projects and then helping them roll out new ways of working.

Then by integrating these new ways of working with Six Sigma retailing, better communications, and measuring compliance makes for very powerful and benefit-enhancing retailing.
